Senior Software Engineer
About us
We are a dynamic research-driven medical AI software start-up company based in Zürich. We develop intuitive, powerful and easy-to-use diagnostic software solutions for neuroradiologists. We aim to improve the quality, safety and effectiveness of patient health care through advanced software engineering.
Minimum qualifications
-
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
-
3+ years of experience with software development in C/C++
-
Experience with Swift / Swift UI, Objective C
Preferred qualifications
-
Experience with full stack development, across back-end such as Java, Python, GO, or C++ codebases, and front-end experience including JavaScript or TypeScript, HTML, CSS or equivalent
-
Experience with Terraform, Kubernetes, PostgreSQL, Orthanc, Nginx, and AWS
-
Experience with React, Material UI, and vtk.js Experience configuring secure access controls using JWTs
-
Experience with Grafana and Prometheus

Experience creating CI/CD tooling
Responsibilities
-
Help build and scale our product at our office in Zurich Design, develop, and maintain front-end and back-end infrastructure given business requirements.

AI Development Intern (6-Months)
An exciting opportunity to work on cutting-edge AI technology in the medical field, improving patient care through advanced deep learning solutions. You will contribute to the design and development of AI models for detecting and describing brain lesions, such as multiple sclerosis and metastases.

What You’ll Work On

Design, develop, and optimize computer vision and deep learning models

Develop robust validation pipelines to ensure data accuracy and consistency

Automate repetitive tasks by building scripts and tools

Integrate machine learning models into a production environment

Interact with frontend and backend engineers for AI integration
-
Collaborate with medical students, radiologists, and clinicians

Organize and maintain databases of radiological images
-
Support scientific research and publications related to AI-driven neuroradiology
What You Bring
-
Experience in computer vision and deep learning, with knowledge of TensorFlow
-
Proficiency in Python and C++
-
Experience with CI/CD pipelines

Strong math, problem-solving, and algorithm design skills
-
Knowledge of state-of-the-art AI algorithms and principles
Bonus Points for

Experience with image or semantic segmentation, object detection, and tracking

Familiarity with 3D medical data processing
-
Knowledge of Swift, Objective-C, and the CoreML framework
-
Experience in scientific research and AI-related publications
Who Should Apply
